boohoo Group PLC - online fashion, home and beauty retailer trading as Debenhams - Sells Nasty Girl brand to White Space Group New York LLC, which operates as WSG Brands, for USD16 million. boohoo says the decision to the sell the non-core business is part of its effort to strengthen its balance sheet and move toward a "marketplace-led business model that is capital-lite". Nasty Girl recorded adjusted earnings of £400,000 in financial 2026, which ended in February, on gross merchandise value of £12 million.
