Brand Architekts Group PLC - London-based beauty sector challenger brand - The firm’s takeover by Warpaint London PLC receives backing at court and general meetings. Just under 99% of votes at each meeting support the takeover. Brand Architekts agreed to a £13.9 million all-cash deal with Buckinghamshire, England-based cosmetics company Warpaint last month. Warpaint is to pay 48 pence per Brand Architekts share. The last day of dealings of Brand Architekts shares is expected to be February 11.

Warpaint current stock price: 504.00p

12-month change: up 21%
