Conduit Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based reinsurance provider - Appoints Nick Pritchard as interim chief underwriting officer, effective immediately. This follows the decision by Gregory Roberts to leave Conduit and return to the UK for personal reasons. Pritchard joined the company in September and has more than 20 years of industry experience in the Bermuda and London markets, with a background in leading underwriting teams and structuring portfolios of risk and retrocessional programmes. Retrocession refers to reinsurance agreements where a reinsurer transfers some of its reinsurance risk to another reinsurer.
