Donegal Investment Group PLC - Letterkenny, Ireland-based agricultural firm - Intends to remain listed on the Euronext Growth exchange until the end of the year or February 5 at the latest, being the last trading day in the twelve-month period following completion of its disposal of IPM Potato Group Ltd, as permitted by listing rules. If it has not completed an acquisition constituting a reverse takeover by that date, its shares will be suspended.
