Eco Buildings Group PLC - London-based prefabricated modular housing products manufacturer - Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Bowry steps down and is no longer a company director, effective immediately. Executive Vice-Chair Etrur Albani has CEO duties subsumed into his role as part of efforts to support board efficiency. Company also notes that the focus of its activity is increasingly global, especially in Albania. Says the short-term focus remains on enhancing operational resource capability in the Balkans to support growth in that region, and on increasing commercial joint venture partnerships internationally.

‘I wish Sanjay well in his future endeavours and look forward to Etrur continuing to drive forward the company’s growth agenda,’ says Chair Don Nicolson.
