Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based provider of fintech and support services - Non-Executive Director Tim Clarke will replace Imogen Joss as senior independent director at Fintel’s annual general meeting on May 20. Fintel says Joss is stepping down from the board for ‘personal reasons’, having been a member since the start of 2021.

Separately, Fintel says Non-Executive Director Ken Davy buys 25,000 shares at £2.31, worth £57,756, on Tuesday last week.

Current stock price: 236.98 pence, down 2.1% in London on Tuesday
