Funding Circle Holdings PLC - London-based small and medium enterprise loans platform - Names Ken Stannard as non-executive director and chair designate, effective January 1. Stannard will replace Andrew Learoyd as chair after the Funding Circle’s annual general meeting in May. Stannard was previously chief executive officer of Cabot Credit Management Group Ltd, and has held senior executive roles at Lloyds Banking Group PLC, Capital One, and American Express Co.
