Gamma Communications PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based provider of cloud communications and voice services - Notes that potential suitors Providence Equity Partners LLC and Epiris LLP have formed a consortium for the purposes of a possible offer for Gamma. Discussions between the company and the Providence/Epiris consortium are ongoing. As a result, the deadline by which the consortium is required to make a firm proposal for Gamma is extended to July 8. Gamma says discussions with other potential offerors remain ‘ongoing’.
