Glanbia PLC - Kilkenny, Ireland-based sports nutrition company - Promotes Wendy Chang Smith, current chief digital & transformation officer, to chief financial officer designate, effective immediately. In the past, she served as CFO of Glanbia's Performance Nutrition segment. Smith will take on the role as CFO of Glanbia on March 31, succeeding current CFO Mark Garvey who will retire after 13 years as CFO on March 30, and leave the company on April 30.
