IN BRIEF: Good Energy takeover by Esyasoft sanctioned by court

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham, England-based renewable electricity supplier and energy services provider - High Court of Justice in England & Wales sanctions takeover by UAE-based Esyasoft Holding Ltd. Good Energy expects the delivery of the scheme court order to the registrar of companies to take place on Wednesday, after which its takeover by Esyasoft will become effective. The takeover for 490 pence per share in cash values Good Energy’s equity at £99.4 million and implies an enterprise value of £67.8 million.
