Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based commercial property developer - Hires three new executives as part of an effort to grow its Flex portfolio of flexible workspaces to 1 million square feet from half a million now. Felicity Roocke and Trevor Phyo both join Great Portland Estates from Fora, part of flexible office provider Office Group. Roocke was head of Design at Fora and will be head of Design & Delivery for Workspaces at GPE. Phyo was head of Development at Fora and will be senior development manager at GPE. Meanwhile, Chris Stokes will be head of Customer Experience for Flex Workspaces, joining from flexible workspace specialist Instant Group Ltd.

‘With our customers’ needs constantly evolving, it is important we reflect the right changes within our team structure to ensure we hit our target of delivering more than 1 million square feet of Flex space in Central London,’ explains GPE Chief Financial & Operating Officer Nick Sanderson.
