Deputy Chair Elizabeth Gaines sells 285,012 shares at average AUD13.03, worth AUD3.7 million, about £2.0 million, in Sydney. Non-Executive Director Michael Borrelli sells 526,880 shares at £7.00, worth £3.7 million, in London. Gaines continues to hold 537,373 shares and Borrelli 1.2 million.
