IN BRIEF: Gresham House Income & Growth VCT NAV declines in 2025

Gresham House Income & Growth VCT PLC - London-based investment firm targeting the UK’s consumer, healthcare & education, and business-to-business sectors - Reports results from the year ended September 30. Net asset value per share declines to 66.78 pence at September 30 from 70.90p a year prior. Cumulative dividends per share rises to 168.00 pence from 162.50p. NAV total return per share was 1.9%, down from 2.0% in 2024. Strong valuation contributions were made by Preservica, MPB Group and CitySwift which were partially offset by falls from Bella & Duke, Vivacity Labs and Connect Childcare. Despite ‘sluggish’ UK economy says ‘pockets of innovation exist’. Believes Fintech, AI, digital health and quantum computing technology are some of the sectors which present growth opportunities.

Current share price: 62.50 pence, closed up 2.5% on Monday in London.
