Halma PLC - Amersham, England-based safety products manufacturer - Completes sale of US orthobiologics products business NovaBone Products LLC to Isto Biologics for USD60 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. Halma notes that Massachusetts-based Isto Biologics has a complementary product portfolio to Florida-based NovaBone and is better placed to support NovaBone's long-term growth. Biologics are medical products that help patients heal faster. Halma bought NovaBone at the start of 2020 for USD97 million, but despite the lower selling price says it doesn't expect to recognise a material gain or loss on disposal.

Current stock price: 3,620.00 pence, up 2.0% in London on Tuesday
