Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based provider of services for environmental, infrastructure and property sectors - Harwood Capital Management Ltd, an investment vehicle of director Nicholas Mills, sells 110,000 shares at 820.0 pence, worth £902,000, on Wednesday. Mills now is interested in a total of 7.9 million shares, a 25.6% stake, via Harwood Capital LLP, Oryx International Growth Fund Ltd, and North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC.
