Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based property regeneration company - Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Haigh sells 34,150 shares at 187 pence each, for £63,861 in total, on Monday and Tuesday outside a trading venue. Sells 2,239 of the shares on Monday and the remaining 31,911 on Tuesday. Haigh sells the stock to Peel Pepper (UK) Ltd, which is taking over Harworth after its 187p per share offer, which values the firm at around £631.7 million, became unconditional in late September.
