Hiscox Ltd - Hamilton, Bermuda-based business insurer - Appoints Jane Guyett as senior independent director, effective immediately. Guyett joined the board in September and also serves as chair of the remuneration committee. Her predecessor as senior independent director, Lynn Pike, stepped down from the board after Hiscox’s annual general meeting on Thursday. Guyett is a former banker, serving as chief operating officer for EMEA at Bank of America Securities, part of Bank of America Corp, among other roles. She also was senior independent director at UK Government Investments Ltd.
