Kingfisher PLC - London-based home improvement products retailer - Hires Lucinda Riches to be non-executive director from January 1. She is the current chair of Greencoat UK Wind PLC and of Peel Hunt Ltd. Greencoat UK Wind is an investor in wind farms, while Peel Hunt is a broker and investment bank. Kingfisher says Riches will be stepping down from one of her other positions with listed companies during 2025, but it doesn’t say which one. Riches is a non-executive director at Ashtead Group PLC, and the industrial equipment rental provider this week said it will move its primary listing to New York from London.
