Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Agrees to acquire a 0.46% interest in Sintoukola Potash SA for $1 million from Etablissements MGM. Kore currently owns 97% of Sintoukola Potash, with the remaining 3% owned by MGM. In terms of the agreement, Kore has the right to acquire MGM’s remaining 2.54% shareholding in Sintoukola Potash.
