IN BRIEF: Kore Potash says new party assessing possible takeover

Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Says a new party has shown interest in acquiring Kore by participating in the formal sale process. Notes that this party has begun evaluating the possible acquisition of Kore. Two parties are engaged with Kore in the formal sale process. In November last year, Kore said two suitors had made approaches to take over the company, before one of them pulled out in March.
