Legal & General Group PLC - London-based insurer and asset manager - Appoints Clare Bousfield to its board as independent non-executive director from December 1. She is the former chief financial officer of London-based investment manager M&G PLC, a fellow FTSE 100 constituent. She is currently a non-executive director of health insurance company British United Provident Association Ltd, known as Bupa.
