IN BRIEF: Magnum Ice Cream execs buy over PS1 million in shares

Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s and Cornetto brands - Chief Human Resources Officer Ronald Schellekens invests around £800,000 in Magnum shares on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in London and New York, buying 66,500 shares at £12.29 to £12.58 and $16.68. Chief Executive Officer Peter Ter Kulve buys 23,150 shares at €13.75, worth €318,206, on Monday in Amsterdam. The CEO bought 40,000 shares in March.

Current stock price: 1,270.91 pence

12-month change: up 13% from 1,124.80p at listing in December
