Marwyn Value Investors Ltd - Jersey-based closed-ended investment company - James Corsellis, chief investment officer of company manager Marwyn Investment Management LLP, buys 605,953 shares at 134.35 pence, worth £814,073, on Thursday last week. The share purchase is direct and via Marwyn Capital Management Ltd, a company owned by Corsellis, who after an expected small disposal will be interested in 6.9 million shares of Marwyn Value Investors, a 12.3% stake.
