IN BRIEF: Michael Page names Paul Harrison as next chair

Michael Page PLC - Weybridge, England-based recruiter - Promotes Non-Executive Director Paul Harrison to chair designate, effective immediately. He will succeed Chair Angela Seymour-Jackson, who is not expected to stand for re-election at the annual general meeting in 2027, when she retires from the board. Company expects Harrison to formally succeed Seymour-Jackson as chair after completing "an orderly handover of responsibilities". Says it will confirm the timings "in due course".

"Paul brings over 25 years of experience of serving on public company boards," Michael Page says. "His executive career has involved roles at several UK-listed international technology and data-driven companies. These included serving as chief financial officer of the Sage Group PLC and Just Eat PLC as well as chief operating officer of Ascential PLC. His non-executive career has included Paul serving as a senior independent director and audit committee chair of Hays PLC and non-executive director and audit committee chair of Darktrace PLC."
