Mobico Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based public transport operator - Francisco Iglesias, group chief operating officer and chief executive officer of Spanish subsidiary ALSA, buys 246,750 shares at €0.40, worth €98,355, on Tuesday. Iglesias now is interested in 1.9 million shares, including outstanding incentive share awards.
