Mortgage Advice Bureau Holdings PLC - Derby, England-based mortgage broker - Says Chief Financial Officer Designate Jo Stent will be appointed chief financial officer on Thursday, replacing Emilie McCarthy, who leaves the board on Wednesday. Stent has been working alongside McCarthy since July to ensure "an orderly transition of responsibilities". Previously, Stent has served on the boards of Frontier IP Group PLC and Argentex Group PLC. Mortgage Advice Bureau also announces the departure of Nathan Imlach as non-executive director effective Wednesday.
