NCC Group PLC - Manchester, England-based cybersecurity company - Confirms in relation to recent press speculation that it is investigating a number of options for its Escode business, including a potential sale. Notes the process is at ‘a very early stage’ and that no proposals have been received to date, nor have any decision been made on whether to proceed with any transaction. NCC will keep shareholders updated ‘as and when appropriate’.
