Neo Energy Metals PLC - Developer of uranium and gold projects in South Africa - Announces the appointment of Elmarie Maritz as chief financial officer. Maritz will replace Acting Chief Financial Officer Martin Westerman, who has held the position since June. Westerman will now lead the newly created operations & project delivery division. Maritz previously acted as CFO at the mining and industrial services firm Sedibelo Resources Ltd.

Chief Executive Officer Theo Botoulas says: "Elmarie brings two decades of CFO and senior finance leadership experience in the mining sector, including deep exposure to the platinum industry and a strong track record on major funding transactions. Her appointment strengthens our finance function at a pivotal time as we advance our two projects, and the board and I are confident she is the right person for the role of CFO."
