IN BRIEF: Net Zero Infrastructure still mulling buy of Westura Energy

Net Zero Infrastructure PLC - special purpose acquisition company focused on renewable or clean energy technology companies - Says it is now considering ‘another potential acquisition opportunity’, citing Westura Energy NL, a Western Australia-based mining exploration company focused on the identification and development of high-quality mineral deposits. Back in May 2025, Net Zero Infrastructure had said it signed a non-binding letter of intent to buy Westura Energy in a reverse takeover and had planned to complete the acquisition by October 2025. Meanwhile, Net Zero Infrastructure says pretax loss narrowed to £38,831 in the six months to September 30, from £84,558 a year ago. Administrative costs decreased to £38,831 from £84,558.
