Netcall PLC - Bedford, England-based enterprise software for automation and customer engagement - Wins a multi-year cloud computing contract worth £3.0 million for its Liberty platform. Netcall doesn’t name the customer but says it is ‘an S&P 500 global financial services firm’ that initially adopted the Liberty platform in the first half of Netcall’s financial year 2025, which ended on June 30. The customer’s annual subscription is now £1.0 million. Netcall says the application is being delivered on its Liberty Create platform and will ‘automate case workflows from intake to resolution’ for the customer.
