IN BRIEF: New Jardine Matheson CEO buys another $1 million in shares

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Chief Executive Officer Lincoln Pan buys 13,600 shares at average $73.92, worth $1.0 million, in Singapore on Thursday and Friday last week. Pan has been buying Jardine shares since taking over as CEO last month, buying 44,400 shares, worth about $3 million in December, and 7,100, worth just over $500,000 earlier in January. Separately, Director Adam Keswick buys net 13,386 shares via the exercise of share options at $53.93 on Wednesday.
