North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC - invests in public and private smaller companies based in countries bordering the North Atlantic - Makes partial sale of Coventbridge Group Ltd, a provider of insurance and fraud investigations. This will result in the repayment of a 10% loan note plus interest, worth £5.9 million, plus a distribution of £8.0 million from Harwood Private Equity IV. The deal is at a premium to the portfolio holding's end-January valuation. Remaining Coventbridge assets will be held at a low valuation, North Atlantic Smaller says, with a "further good upside" possible, subject to contract renewal negotiations.
