Old Mutual Ltd - Anglo-South African financial services firm - Appoints Nomkhita Nqweni as chair of its unit OM Bank Ltd. Says Nqweni has resigned as a non-executive director of Old Mutual from close of business on Monday this week. This follows the approval by the South African Reserve Bank’s Prudential Authority of the OM Bank board. Clarence Nethengwe is the chief executive officer of OM Bank.
