IN BRIEF: Optima Health CFO Heidi Giles to leave in July

Optima Health PLC - Sheffield, England-based occupational health services provider - Chief Financial Officer Heidi Giles will leave the firm on July 31. Optima names Andrew Bones as interim CFO, subject to the completion of its acquisition of PAM Healthcare Ltd, agreed in February. Bones is PAM’s current CFO. Optima says that Giles ‘remains a director of the Company during this period, and will continue to fulfil her current role facilitating a smooth transition.’

Optima’s Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Thomas comments: ‘Heidi has made a significant contribution to the success of Optima Health, bringing professionalism, expertise, and rigour to our financials and through wider support throughout the business. Heidi’s committed and diligent work was fundamental to Optima executing the IPO in 2024, and the strong strategic progress made since, and leaves a strong platform for our future success...I thank her for her service to Optima Health and wish her nothing but the best in her future.’

Current stock price: 178.20 pence, down 1.8% on Monday in London
