IN BRIEF: PACSCo becomes cash shell as completes Mozambique sale

PACSCo Ltd - cash shell previously focused on investment and sustainable development in Southern Africa - Receives the Bank of Mozambique's acceptance and approval of the assignment of the debt funding PACSCo previously provided to the local operating entities in Mozambique. This was the final condition for completing the disposal of PACSCo's Mozambique operations. Company is therefore now classified as a cash shell under AIM Rule 15. It intends to complete a reverse takeover transaction within the coming six months and says it is evaluating several opportunities, and will provide further updates "as and when appropriate."
