IN BRIEF: Peel Hunt says chief financial & operating officer to leave

Peel Hunt Ltd - London-based broker and investment bank - Announces that Chief Financial & Operating Officer Sunil Dhall has informed the board of his decision to leave the company after 16 years in the role. Dhall will stand down from the board at the annual general meeting on July 3, and remain in place until then to ‘ensure a smooth handover of duties’. Also at the AGM, Peel Hunt says Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel Michael Lee will join the board as chief operating officer, and Group Head of Finance Billy Neve will also be appointed to the board as group finance director.

Chair Lucinda Riches says: ‘On behalf of the board, we would like to thank Sunil for his material contribution and dedication over the last 16 years. We wish him all the success for the future. We are also delighted to welcome two strong internal successors, Michael and Billy, to the board. The board and I believe that they have the requisite qualifications and skill sets to make positive contributions to the continued development of the group.’
