IN BRIEF: Petards subsidiary QRO Solutions wins two contracts

Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Announces that its subsidiary QRO Solutions has been awarded two similarly valued contracts worth a combined £500,000. The first is from a new export customer and for the supply of QRO’s ProVida in-car speed enforcement systems for use in vehicles operated by a European national police force. QRO expects to fully deliver the equipment during the first half of 2026. The second contract is for the supply for Harrier AI ANPR cameras to one of QRO’s existing UK law enforcement customers. The new cameras are for use at highway locations across England and scheduled to be delivered before June 30.

Petards Chair Raschid Abdullah says: ‘From a strategic perspective, this first European export success is particularly pleasing and is a tangible sign that international markets have the potential to provide an additional source of future growth for the business.’
