De La Rue PLC - Basingstoke-based firm, which prints banknotes for the Bank of England and other central banks across the world - PSF Entities confirms that they no longer intend to make an offer for De La Rue. In April, De La Rue accepted an offer from US private equity firm Atlas Holdings LLC, preferring it to one from PSF Entities.

Current stock price: 128.40 pence, closed down 0.5% in London on Thursday
