IN BRIEF: RC365 hires new chief financial officer as Quah departs
RC365 Holding PLC - payment solutions and fintech company, which operates primarily in east and southeast Asia - Hires 'Lucas' Ka Ming Tang as chief financial officer, effective immediately, and the resignation of now-former CFO Esther Quah, also effective immediately. Also appoints 'Daisy' Qiuhong Liang to its board as an executive director. The new CFO "is a senior finance, corporate advisory and internal controls professional with experience in corporate restructuring, cross-border financial strategy and regulatory governance," RC365 says, with "experience developing and implementing internal-control frameworks for growing SaaS and information technology businesses serving the SME market in Hong Kong and Macao." Liang, meanwhile, "has supported clients across Hong Kong, mainland China, South Korea, Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region" and "brings extensive experience in managing customer service operations, supporting regional clients and developing effective operational processes."
