Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, England-based data management company - Names new Chief Executive Officer Brian Woodford, following the resignation of Peter Brotherton.

Woodford’s appointment is effective February 3. This is followed by a two-month transition period, before formally assuming the role.

Woodford is currently an advisor at Form1 Partners Ltd, a Maidenhead, England-based consultancy firm focused on the digital sector. He has worked in senior positions at Capita PLC, Tata Communications Ltd, Vodafone Group PLC and Cable & Wireless PLC.

Brotherton remains available in an advisory capacity until June 30. The outgoing CEO said Redcentric is ‘in a very different place to when I joined in November 2016 with solid foundations now in place for sustainable and profitable growth.’

Current share price: down 2.2% at 122.05 pence each in London

12-month change: down 3.9%
