RHI Magnesita NV - Vienna-based refractory products maker - Promotes Chief Customer Officer Gustavo Franco to chief executive officer, starting November 1. Franco will replace Stefan Borga, who will step down as CEO and executive director at the end of October after 10 years in post. Franco joined Magnesita in 2001, holding technical and commercial roles and helping to lead its merger with RHI in 2027.
