Saga PLC - London-based provider of products and services for people over 50 - Adds two new non-executive directors to its board, both with chief executive officer experience and both of whom worked earlier in their careers for amusement park operator Merlin Entertainments. Justin Platt currently is CEO of pub chain Marston's PLC and previously was chief strategy officer for Merlin. Emma Woods was CEO of noodle restaurant chain Wagamama and previously had worked at Merlin in senior marketing roles. She currently is a non-executive director of office space developer Great Portland Estates PLC. Woods joins the Saga board immediately, while Platt will join on January 11 next year.
