Serco Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of services and support to governments - Promotes Anthony Kirby to chief executive, starting on March 1 and replacing Mark Irwin. Kirby currently is CEO of Serco’s largest division, UK & Europe. Irwin has been with Serco for 12 years. The company said there is no change to its financial guidance for 2024 or 2025.

Current stock price: 148.00 pence, down 1.3% early Monday in London
