IN BRIEF: Surface Transforms shares rise as CFO set to retire

Surface Transforms - Liverpool-based producer of carbon-ceramic automotive brake discs - Says Chief Financial Officer Isabelle Maddock to retire, effective June 30. To facilitate handover, Surface appoints Steven Harrison as interim CFO effective March 17. Notes Harrison’s extensive experience, with over 20 years in CFO roles based internationally and in the UK. Harrison joins Surface from Aurorium, a private equity-backed global manufacturer of speciality chemicals where he was interim European CFO.
