IN BRIEF: SysGroup forecasts in-line results, joins UK's G-Cloud 15
SysGroup PLC - London-based managed IT services provider - Issues a trading update ahead of its annual general meeting, reporting "a continuation of the very positive sales and margin trajectory reported earlier in the year". Says trading since the start of its current financial year, which ends on March 31, has continued in line with the fourth quarter's exit run rate, "with both sales growth and margins holding consistently." Remains "confident" that its full-year results will be "in line with current market expectations." Adds that it remains confident in its strategy, and in the opportunities across both its core managed services base and newer growth channels.
SysGroup also announces its appointment as an approved supplier on the UK government's G-Cloud 15 framework. This enables public sector organisations to procure cloud services directly from SysGroup. Says the appointment complements its existing business, which serves public sector organisations through intermediaries, and reflects its "continued investment in expanding its public sector proposition." Adds that it has secured its first contract under G-Cloud 15, in "an encouraging early return from this additional route to market."
