IN BRIEF: Target Healthcare REIT manager buys shares after results

Target Healthcare REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on care homes - Kenneth MacKenzie, chief executive of investment manager Target Fund Managers Ltd, buys 275,000 shares via Carlton Equity Ltd at £1.14, worth £312,400, on Tuesday. MacKenzie now is interested in 356,731 shares, less than a 0.1% stake. Earlier Tuesday, Target Healthcare released its annual results, increasing its dividend as the company hailed its best annual performance since its initial public offering in 2013. Its annual dividend was up 2.5% and its target for financial 2027 will represent another 3.0% increase.
