Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based travel and lifestyle concierge technology platform - Wins a multi-year contract with a new client, which is "part of one of the world's most valuable companies" and cannot yet be identified. Says it will support the launch of the client's new multi-category consumer concierge service in the Americas, with completion expected in the first half of 2027, at which point it expects to name the client. Ten Lifestyle says it expects to initially categorise the deal as a Medium contract, in other words worth between £250,000 and £2 million. However, it sees "opportunities to grow and expand into additional markets over time." "The proposition will combine Ten's proprietary digital platform and existing technology-enabled global team of expert Lifestyle Managers to provide high-touch service across travel, dining and lifestyle experiences," the firm says, adding: "The contract further demonstrates demand for Ten's technology-enabled customer experience proposition and its potential to extend into new customer segments."
