TT Electronics PLC - Woking, England-based manufacturer of electronic components - Hires Richard Webb as interim chief financial officer. Webb most recently was CFO at Ultra Electronics Ltd. In April, TT Electronics Chief Executive Officer Peter France stepped down immediately and was replaced by then CFO Eric Lakin as acting CEO. The firm reported a pretax loss of £33.4 million for 2024, widening from £6.8 million in 2023. Lakin says: ‘Richard’s experience and expertise in our sector and markets will be invaluable in driving performance in our business.’

Current stock price: 82.28 pence, up 3.4% in London on Monday morning
