IN BRIEF: Videndum expects to report lower revenue for 2024

Videndum PLC - London-based provider of hardware and software for broadcasters, film studios and other media content creators - Expects 2024 results to be in line with guidance provided in its trading update in December. Its prior forecast included £280 million in full-year revenue, down 8.8% from £306.9 million in 2023, and a £25 million exceptional charge against its adjusted continuing operating profit. Videndum expects to reset all future covenants under its revolving credit facility. It says discussions are progressing positively with the lending banks, and it is also progressing work towards the refinancing of the facility, which is set to expire in August 2026. Videndum will release its full-year results on April 30.
