InterContinental Hotels Group PLC - Windsor, Berkshire-based hotel operator, which owns Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza - Chief Human Resources Officer Tejas Katre sells 804 shares at USD158.90 each last Friday for total USD127,757.55.

Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, England-based retailer which owns House of Fraser, Sports Direct and Flannels brands - Michael Ashley raises stake in Frasers to 74.0% as of Monday, up from 73.3% before.
